The Website presents VLAD BYKOV COUTURIER HOUSE, its creations, craftsmanship, bespoke services, collections, editorial content and related services.
The Website also allows visitors to submit enquiries, consultation requests and bespoke requests.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, information displayed on this Website does not constitute a binding offer to sell or provide any product or service.
2. Bespoke Requests
A request submitted through the Website constitutes an expression of interest only.
Submission of a bespoke request, consultation request or enquiry does not constitute acceptance of an order and does not create a binding contract between the client and VLAD BYKOV.
Following a request, VLAD BYKOV may contact the client to discuss the proposed creation, measurements, materials, design, price, production timeframe and other specifications.
A bespoke commission becomes confirmed only after the applicable specifications and commercial terms have been agreed and the order has been accepted by VLAD BYKOV.
Confirmed bespoke commissions may be subject to a separate Order Form, Bespoke Order Agreement or other written confirmation.
VLAD BYKOV reserves the right to accept or decline any request prior to confirmation of the commission.
3. Product and Material Information
We make reasonable efforts to present our creations, materials and colours as accurately as possible.
However, photographs, videos and other digital representations are provided for illustrative purposes. The appearance of colours, textures and finishes may vary depending on lighting, photography, screen settings and other technical factors.
Natural materials, including leather, exotic leather, suede, nubuck, silk, cashmere and other natural fibres, may display variations in colour, grain, texture, markings and surface appearance. Such variations are inherent characteristics of natural materials and are not, by themselves, defects.
Product, material, service and availability information may be changed or updated without prior notice.
