Bespoke Requests

Each VLAD BYKOV bespoke creation is considered individually and developed in accordance with the client’s requirements, measurements and selected materials.

A bespoke request may be submitted through the form available on this Website. Following submission, a representative of VLAD BYKOV COUTURIER HOUSE may contact the client to discuss the proposed creation, measurements, materials, design, availability, price, production timeframe and other relevant specifications.

Submission of a bespoke request, consultation request or other enquiry through the Website does not, by itself, constitute acceptance of an order or create a binding contract.

A bespoke commission is confirmed only once the relevant specifications and commercial terms have been agreed and the order has been accepted by VLAD BYKOV. Where applicable, the confirmed commission will be subject to an individual Order Form or Bespoke Order Agreement.

VLAD BYKOV reserves the right to accept or decline a bespoke request prior to confirmation of the commission.

Due to the natural characteristics of leather, exotic leather, suede, nubuck, silk, cashmere and other natural materials, variations in colour, grain, texture and surface appearance may occur. Such natural variations are inherent characteristics of the material and are not, by themselves, considered defects.

Before submitting a bespoke request through the Website, the client is required to confirm the following by ticking the checkbox shown in the form:

I understand that natural variations in the grain, scale pattern, texture and markings of exotic leather, including crocodile leather, are inherent characteristics of the material and are not defects, and that they may differ from photographs shown on the Website.
